Shipping Policy
- Due to size of the order, peak hours, limited postal pick-up windows and inventory delays, orders may take additional handling days before shipping.
- Rates Provided are based on our shipping rates and agreements with our shipping providers.
- Currently we don’t offer international shipping.
- Free Shipping in US is intended for customers with average sized orders. Overweight orders may incur additional costs. Certain states may incur additional fees due to the nature of their location increasing the shipping rate beyond this promotion.
- Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Missing Packages must be reported to us in a timely manner. Lost, Stolen or Missing packages, if confirmed delivered by the Shipping Carrier, must be reported to local authorities before a refund or replacement can be issued. A copy of an official police report must be submitted for reference and proof for a refund/replacement.
